Small team, big capability. With more than 25 years on the tools in Canterbury, we do things a little differently. We run a lean, highly experienced team and deliberately limit our workload so every job receives our undivided attention. By focusing exclusively on relocations, foundation repairs, and restorations rather than new builds, we deliver specialized craftsmanship without the bloated overhead.

  • Experience: 17 years as Operations Manager at Heritage House Relevellers in charge of house lifting, house relocation, and structural re-leveling, followed by extensive carpentry refinement at Crampton & Smith Builders.

  • Off the Clock: A proud father to a young daughter, Marshall spends his downtime painting detailed miniatures, playing Warhammer 40k, and enjoying the odd video game.

  • Experience: Another veteran of Heritage House Relevellers and formerly of his father’s relocation company, J B Curline. Having grown up around house lifting his whole life, James brings a lifetime of hands-on expertise and knowledge to the team.

  • Off the Clock: Outside of work, James is all about dirt bikes—whether he’s out riding tracks, trail riding, or spending time in the workshop.

  • Off the Clock: A proud father to a small tribe. Outside of family time, he's an avid hunter and fisherman who also enjoys playing Warhammer—frequently engaging in some friendly tabletop banter with Marshall.

  • Experience: Originally a qualified accountant in Peru, Brenda is the secret weapon behind the scenes. What she lacks in English fluency, she more than makes up for with exceptional organization, accuracy, and sharp numerical skills that keep our administrative operations running seamlessly.

  • Off the Clock: A proud mum of one, Brenda enjoys sewing, fabric customization, and actively practicing her English.

  • Experience: Highly qualified in color recognition, active participant in local playgroup, and fully fluent in advanced gibberish. Brings daily enthusiasm and an unsupervised approach to testing site office resilience.

  • Off the Clock: Specializes in storing Play-Doh inside sensitive electronics, executing custom wall murals with crayons, and taking a highly decorative, artistic approach to mealtime.
